Early Sabbath morning
a herd of elk grazed slowly by.
While a spiders web
like a silver thread
drifted gracefully across the sky.Butterflies sipping nectar
from the zinnias just outside.
The cottonwood leaves
dancing with a breeze
are little mirrors reflecting sunlight...Our horses standing
head to tail.
Their tails swatting flies.
Raggedy Andy hanging upside-down
drying on a line.Yahuweh's day is our day of rest.
The Sabbath was made for man.
Entering into Yahuweh's rest
Is entering understanding.As the day drew on
the day grew warm
with the rising sun
While I wrote down what I saw
